Carlos and Omar are polite, fast moving, respectful movers. They both handled our furniture and other items with care and due diligence. We moved our whole 2 br apartment into a storage unit nearby in under 3 hours. We will surely be using Ciao again for our next move. Thank you, Carlos and Omar!

I definitely recommend Ciao Moving to anyone needing affordable but trustable movers. I had a LOT of stuff that I needed moved from my apartment into storage. I, as a lazy slob who refuses to pack my own stuff, called Ciao for an estimate. I had Jorge, who was an awesome friendly guy, come to my apartment and give me an estimate for packing and moving. It was already pretty low and almost too good to be true, but I needed it lowered a bit more so after a bit of rearranging, I was able to take some stuff off the moving list, and Jorge lowered the price even more. I had a second moving company come to give me an estimate, and aside from gross used-car salesman tactics, they quoted me more than 2.5 times the price that Ciao quoted me. When I told Used Car Salesman that, he scoffed and said that there’s no way that’s the price I will end up paying, and there will more than definitely be a ton of hidden charges. Let me tell you: after I spoke with Jorge again and told him what they said, he assured me that the estimate he gave me is the guaranteed price, and sure enough it was. I did not pay a penny more (other than gratuity to the movers). On moving day, the three movers who came to do the work were very friendly and hard working and managed to pack and move everything to my storage unit in record time.My only complaints about Ciao:- They offer their own storage options, but the monthly price was too high for me, plus they quoted me an additional $1,050 to move my stuff out. Plus, it’s not like a traditional storage unit that you can go anytime and take what you need. They use giant crates and you need to make an appointment in advance for them to open the crates and find what you need.- The movers sort of just threw everything into boxes, with little concern for organization/safety of the items. I understand it was sort of necessary because I had done zero prep in advance, but I legitimately don’t know what’s in any boxes because everything was just thrown in together. The only markings were “bedroom,” “kitchen,” etc. Again, I take responsibility for not doing more on my end but just be aware if you have anything fragile or needing to be sorted together.-The movers, who again, were VERY kind and helpful and amazing, were a bit aggressive about their tip. Of course I had always planned to tip them, but aside from having a sheet for me to sign agreeing to tip them, I was asked how much I was planning on giving them at the end, and so I gave the head mover everyone’s tip. When I went to say bye and thank the other movers, one of them ran to the head mover and asked if he was tipped. Obviously they should be concerned about getting gratuity for their hard work, and I’m sure they must have been screwed over before, but such aggression (for lack of a better word) was a bit uncomfortable for me. But this is a small complaint compared to how great they were otherwise!In conclusion, use this company for your needs. You won’t regret it!

Very nice experience first of all Jorge came & personally reviewed all my stuff and gave me a more reasonable quote than every other Moving Company, that spoke to was double the price. He was very professional and extremely organized, communication was timely & accurate. I had not in the past had good experience with movers-Jorge promised he would change that and he did!! .The moving truck & men actually arrived early to the 1st day pick up & load day which never usually happens so that was a very good start. Carlos Jeffrey Jonathan and Omar were all very delightful and professional. Other than a couple dings on some things here there which is to be expected they took very good care of my stuff. Nothing was broken at all or damage to any of my very strict condo building property. I will definitely use ciao movers again in the future

Very reasonable priced. mazing service and great crew that took care of everything. The moved us in one day without any hickups or scratches 🙂 Only complaint is that the crew forgot to pack and transport a few items. Luckily we have big cars so we could transport the remaining stuff ourselves.
