Best moving experience ever, second time working with these guys and I’m beyond impressed. Lester was a powerhouse. He was polite, quick, pleasant to be around, and if I asked him for suggestions he gave good answers. His movers were extremely nice as well and did were extremely on point, I’ve never seen anyone put together and transport boxes this quickly and with care. I will use Ciao for the rest of my life, I 10/10 recommend this service. Whoever is training these men to be this professional in this industry, kudos to you. I am very impressed

Mientras estuve de visitas en Miami, ayudé a mi hijo con su mudanza de Brickell a Miami Beach. Contratamos los servicios de esta compañía y que grata sorpresa al ver como estos profesionales se encargan de absolutamente todo.Tienen un sistema muy eficiente ya que sabes el costo total del servicio antes de contratarlos.El día antes de la mudanza, nos llamaron para confirmar todos los detalles.El dia de la mudanza recibimos un mensaje de texto dejándonos saber la hora de llegada. Llegaron 30 minutos antes de lo pactado.Tan pronto como el condominio les permitió el acceso, comenzó el show. Los muchachos trabajan de manera organizada y sincronizada. Cubrieron todos los muebles con mantas gruesas, nos empacaron las lámparas, cuadros, espejos y electrónicos. La ropa, cocina y decoración lo hicimos nosotros y ellos movieron las cajas.Nunca vi nada igual en toda mi vida. Hacen que lo difícil sea fácil.Recomiendo Ciao a todo el que necesite mudarse.

After dealing with All My Sons bait-and-switch Ciao was a breath of fresh air. I paid exactly what they quoted me, even though there were some slight changes in inventory. Move was completed in a few hours. Don't ever use somebody that charges you by the time. Go with Ciao.

Ciao Moving may be the best moving company I've ever worked with. Nobody likes going through the moving process, but with Ciao Moving, they made it an extremely stress-free. From their customer service all the way through moving day, every single person I worked with is 'top-notch'. The movers took the upmost care of our belongings were clearly professional, cordial, and experienced; do yourself a favor and hire Ciao Moving if/when you need these type of services. 10/10!

Very impressed with the level of customer service, and professionalism of the team. Hired them for a corporate job-- clearing, storing, then bringing back furniture from a 6th floor. Not the easiest task-- yet the managed to take on the task and with great attitudes. I will definitely be using them exclusively in the future-- finding great and trustworthy companies is few and far between here-- I will stick with them!Jorge and his team were great!

Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service & efficiency of this team. From my first phone call to the very last box shipped, everything was flawless. Not only did I feel like my stuff was taken care of, but the team somehow packed up my 4-bedroom, 2-story house in 5 hours. This includes arriving on site, packing up, driving 30 mins to the Public Storage, then unloading everything in the unit.I’m looking for a new home and will definitely use them again when the time comes to relocate.Yasser — the four gentlemen that packed/moved my stuff today (5/30/22) were all incredible. Do whatever you can to keep them and give them all the recognition they deserve! 10/10 all around.

Jorge and his team were all super professional but also know moving is stressful, they were calm, efficient and responsive. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. I have very delicate art I care about all of was safely packed, unpacked and put away. Hopefully I won't move again soon, but if we do, we'd use Ciao Moving. Thanks guys!

Working with Ciao moving was so easy and so seamless. they helped my grandma move out of her apartment and into a retirement home and they made the process so easy. As a person who moves frequently for work (and life), I have to say this was by far the very best experience I have ever had with a moving company, hands down. From first request, to final item moved, the Ciao Moving team was responsive, kind, personalized, careful, thoughtful, efficient and even funny! They took the stress out of the move (as best they could) and assured me all would be fine with every step. And it was! Not one item damaged, not one condo manager angered. Yesterday was the first time my husband and I moved to a new city and we couldn’t have done it without Ciao. I HIGHLY recommend this company! If I ever have to move again I would definitely use Ciao Moving and Storage! The 3 gentlemen that moved us were amazing (Yasser, Prophete, and Jaron). Such a nice group of guys and very professional! This team is absolutely amazing, from Yasser all the way down to our amazing on site team. They were so professional, used their masks in the 1000000 degree heat and made sure all of our property was safe and secure. On another note, our 3 year old daughter spent the entire day "supervising" them and making sure they put everything where SHE wanted it to be. They were so patient with her and just overall the sweetest!!! She still talks about "the peoples" almost 3 weeks after the move. Thank you all so very much!! Would 10000000% recommend.

Jorge and his team members made an unpleasant experience easy. From the initial meeting with Jorge to provide us with an estimate to the final move of our belongings he was timely with his communication and follow ups. Provided a binding price which did not change. It truly was binding. Our move was 2 days out of town. The entire crew were always pleasant, neat, methodically packed, loaded and unloaded the truck. I moved from Miami to Orlando and Ciao Moving made it stress free. The team packed everything for a 2Bed-2Bath apartment in less than 2 hours. There are lots of moving companies in Miami but I believe this must be one of the best ones. The price was also reasonable for the long distance moving.

Experience was top notch from start to finish. I moved from Miami to Austin and used Ciao for packing, storage and interstate transportation of my belongings. Yasser helped get everything set up and scheduled from the beginning. He answered all of my questions and was patient with all of my questions. On moving day, Jorge and his crew absolutely blew me away! They were the most efficient movers I have ever moved with (and I have moved quite a bit). They took all of the time to carefully pack, wrap, and count all of our items to ensure nothing was missed. Jorge finished the day with a detailed recap of the service in regards to the interstate move that was going to follow. The movers that delivered my items to my new house in Austin were fantastic as well, and were done unloading in just a couple hours. Ciao is the best there is, I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation easy and seamless!

I was recommended to use Chao by a co-worker and I’m so glad I listened! They were professional and on top of every part of the moving process. Jorge (and his partner I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) arrived right on time and moved all of my belongings quickly and efficiently. They were also extremely sweet and polite. Moving companies often try to rip you off charging by the hour and then moving at their convenience. Chao gives you a flat rate and sticks to it. I would recommend Chao Movers to anyone who needs movers, thank you guys!!

This is my second time using Ciao moving and storage and I am once again impressed. I regret not reviewing the first time as I would highly recommend and will be using for my future moves.This time, I had to move out of my place quickly and also have a very special, very heavy antique I was concerned about. They got me a quote and reserved my date the same day. When I changed destinations on them last minute, they responded immediately letting me know there was no cause for concern.These guys are quick, professional and organized. They secured everything with additional tape, blankets, and boxes where required to ensure safe transport. The antique was the last thing in and the first thing out of the truck and the crew handled with the extra care I needed to feel comfortable.They made the move so easy and reduced a lot of the stress I had because of my timeline. I was in desperate need to move from my house to another city and they were ready to assist right away. They moved my stuff into storage and out of storage to the new destination once it was ready.
