Recently moved from Miami to Virginia and the team at Ciao was amazing from start to finish! Eduardo got us a price quote quickly based on our inventory and it was accurate – there were no hidden fees. Jorge and David helped us wrap our furniture and move everything out of our old apartment. They were fast, professional and explained everything along the way. Our items arrived 6 days later with no damage or other issues. I have moved a lot over the years and I can unequivocally say this is hands-down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Lester in particular, but the entire team was efficient, friendly, careful, and wonderful to be around. Not only did they not break anything, I would gladly have them around just to hang out. They did everything with a smile and wrapped all my furniture carefully as if it was their own. I don’t often write positive reviews, and I’m happy to say I will be recommending and working with Ciao again.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Ciao Moving. From the get go, Eduardo was extremely professional and courteous while he helped me book the move. I really appreciated his follow ups and check ins with me to ensure that before the move everything was still lined up and ready to go. On the day of the move, we were lucky enough to have the best team (Lester, Abraham & Michael) who worked HARD. Truly they were so dedicated and thoughtful to us and our items, and they treated our home with care. The three of them worked all day on the move, never complained and had a smile on their face the whole time. Finding good movers who you can trust in Miami and won’t nickel and dime you for every possible thing is so difficult these days, so, please know that doing business with Ciao Moving will far exceed any expectations. Our schedule tends to fill up around the beginning & end of the month so please plan about two weeks in advance. If we have openings, moves can be done at the last minute but planning ahead ensures that your move falls on your selected day of choice.

Many times, we can move an entire home in one day. It depends on the size of the house, the number of belongings that need moved, and if you want us to provide packing services.

We have a full supply of moving cartons available for purchase. However, our packing services come with very competitive pricing. We also have some cartons that can be provided free of charge or for rent.
