It might be hard to believe, but I’ve moved four times since July of 2023. Ciao has taken care of each move without any stress or worry whatsoever. For the most recent move, I utilized their packing and storage services. Yasser and Stewart were professional, punctual, and most importantly packed and moved my belongings as if they were their own. Shoutout to Jorge and Eduardo, they make the process of giving you a quote and scheduling effortless! Communication is key and these guys are great at it. No surprises, just quality service. Very impressed with the level of customer service, and professionalism of the team. Hired them for a corporate job-- clearing, storing, then bringing back furniture from a 6th floor. Not the easiest task-- yet the managed to take on the task and with great attitudes. Yasser and his Team at ciao Moving and Storage just moved my Mother from her home in Boynton Beach to her new Apartment in Parkland. They showed up on time and were friendly and courteous. This was our second move with Ciao and this team really knocks it out of the park EVERY time! First move was from the Downtown Miami area to Homestead, second time around was an interstate move from Homestead to Philadelphia. Long-distance moves are no easy feat yet Ciao somehow made it easy and stress-free. We spoke to Yasser who gave us a step-by-step guide on what we needed to do and what to expect, rates are straight forward with no hidden fees, and best of all the team is friendly, efficient and punctual. If I could give them a 10 star for service I would. HIGHLY recommend for all types of moves.

Best moving experience ever, second time working with these guys and I’m beyond impressed. Lester was a powerhouse. He was polite, quick, pleasant to be around, and if I asked him for suggestions he gave good answers. His movers were extremely nice as well and did were extremely on point, I’ve never seen anyone put together and transport boxes this quickly and with care. I will use Ciao for the rest of my life, I 10/10 recommend this service. Whoever is training these men to be this professional in this industry, kudos to you. I am very impressed

Contratamos los servicios de esta compañía y que grata sorpresa al ver como estos profesionales se encargan de absolutamente todo.Tienen un sistema muy eficiente ya que sabes el costo total del servicio antes de contratarlos.El día antes de la mudanza, nos llamaron para confirmar todos los detalles.El dia de la mudanza recibimos un mensaje de texto dejándonos saber la hora de llegada. Llegaron 30 minutos antes de lo pactado.Tan pronto como el condominio les permitió el acceso, comenzó el show. Los muchachos trabajan de manera organizada y sincronizada. Cubrieron todos los muebles con mantas gruesas, nos empacaron las lámparas, cuadros, espejos y electrónicos. La ropa, cocina y decoración lo hicimos nosotros y ellos movieron las cajas.Nunca vi nada igual en toda mi vida. Hacen que lo difícil sea fácil.Recomiendo Ciao a todo el que necesite mudarse.

After dealing with All My Sons bait-and-switch Ciao was a breath of fresh air. I paid exactly what they quoted me, even though there were some slight changes in inventory. Move was completed in a few hours. Don't ever use somebody that charges you by the time. Go with Ciao.

Ciao Moving may be the best moving company I've ever worked with. Nobody likes going through the moving process, but with Ciao Moving, they made it an extremely stress-free.
